Job Title: Epic Analyst - Level I Location-Type: Remote, Eastern and Central time zones preferred; candidate must reside in an approved state (see details below) Start Date: Mid-to-Late August Duration: Permanent Compensation Range: $90,000-$100,000 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K, PTO Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: This role supports and advances healthcare integration efforts by developing, maintaining, and monitoring interfaces between Epic and third-party systems within a large health organization. Job Summary •Support and monitor current state interfaces across development, staging, and production environments •Follow SDLC processes for new integration projects from planning through execution •Develop, plan, and execute thorough test scenarios and test plans for interface implementations •Develop and execute interface error management strategies to ensure system reliability •Participate in Epic system upgrade projects as a contributing team member •Partner with senior developers and application architects to identify business needs and appropriate technical solutions between Epic and third-party systems •Develop interface documentation including requirements documents and knowledge-sharing materials •Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation approximately four times per year Minimum Requirements: •3 years of interface experience with HL7, XML, and FHIR •Active Epic Bridges certification obtained at least 3 years ago and maintained to current status •3 years of experience with Cloverleaf, Corepoint, or a comparable interface engine •Bachelor's degree in Information Science and Technology or a related field •Ability to work within Eastern or Central time zone hours (must reside in an approved state) Preferred Qualifications: •Cloverleaf or Corepoint certification •Experience with device integration •Prior experience in a hospital or health system environment •Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to take initiative and contribute to team goals without prompting Approved Remote Work States: Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Vermont, Wisconsin, West Virginia
