HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting manufacturing and supply chain data to support operational efficiency, inventory optimization, production planning, and strategic decision-making. This role partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Production, Finance, and IT teams to develop reporting solutions, dashboards, and insights that drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Functions
โ€ข Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights for Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain leadership.
โ€ข Analyze manufacturing, inventory, procurement, logistics, and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
โ€ข Extract, validate, and interpret data from ERP systems, including SAP and Infor, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across reporting platforms.
โ€ข Leverage advanced analytical skills and business intelligence tools to support data-driven decision-making and operational performance.
โ€ข Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define reporting requirements, develop KPI metrics, and deliver meaningful business insights.
โ€ข Monitor and report on key operational metrics, including production efficiency, inventory levels, forecast accuracy, on-time delivery, supplier performance, and capacity utilization.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
โ€ข 3+ years of experience in a data analyst role within a manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environment.
โ€ข Experience writing complex queries, joins, views, aggregations, and performance-optimized SQL statements.
โ€ข Advanced experience with Microsoft Power BI, including: Dashboard development, Data modeling, DAX calculations Power Query.
โ€ข Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis from relational databases.
โ€ข Experience working with data warehouses, structured datasets, and enterprise reporting environments.
โ€ข Knowledge of statistical analysis, trend analysis, forecasting, and data-driven performance measurement techniques.
โ€ข Experience designing, developing, and maintaining operational and executive KPI reporting.
โ€ข Experience working with SAP and/or Infor ERP systems.
โ€ข Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain performance metrics such as inventory turns, OTIF, OTD, forecast accuracy, production efficiency, and supplier performance.
โ€ข Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex formulas.
โ€ข Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
