Job description

The Program Manager will be involved in directing, defining, establishing objectives, and coordinating program issues. In addition, the Program Manager will be responsible for analyzing the program activities, expenses and profits, establishing goals, and communicating the strategy throughout the organization and Integrated Program Teams.


Essential Functions:

  • Manage programs from planning and development to closing
  • Use a process-based approach to achieve organizational goals
  • Interface with Customers to insure Customer satisfaction on current programs and generate future opportunities for new business
  • Working in conjunction with the Business Manager;
  • Develop and track program budgets to actual.
  • Develop estimates to complete / EAC’s
  • Forecast Sales & Margin
  • Project Cash Flow Analysis
  • Review actual cost incurred for accuracy
  • Lead the effort for follow on negotiations and audits
  • Drive program process improvements utilizing lean tools and assets


Qualifications

  • 6-9 years experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • Strong Experience working with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
  • Have a thorough understanding of budgets and computation of EAC’s
  • Compile detailed Program reports as directed by Executive management
  • Unwavering commitment to Quality and Excellence with the ability to achieve strategic objectives and manage to a budget
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in a fast paced environment of intense deadlines and fluctuating workloads
  • Exhibit analytical capability, solid Judgment and leadership skills


The salary range for this position is : $85,932-$135,795. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and other factors allowed by law. Individuals are not typically hired at or near the top of the salary range.
