Paragon Staffing is looking for a driven, high-energy Environmental Account Manager who wants to build a serious career in the environmental staffing industry.

This is not general staffing and not a typical desk job. We are looking for someone who understands, or is willing to fully learn, the environmental world, including:

  • HAZWOPER technicians
  • Emergency response
  • Remediation projects
  • Industrial work
  • Restoration support
  • Last-minute labor needs
  • Safety and site-specific requirements

The ideal candidate has experience in environmental staffing, or has worked in the environmental, remediation, restoration, construction, industrial, or field-services industry and wants to move into a sales/account management role.

What You’ll Do

  • Build relationships with environmental contractors, remediation companies, restoration firms, industrial service companies, and emergency response providers
  • Manage customer accounts, job orders, staffing requests, and daily communication
  • Help coordinate trained field technicians for projects requiring:
  • 40-Hour HAZWOPER
  • Confined space
  • OSHA 10/30
  • TWIC
  • PPE
  • Site-specific requirements
  • Follow up with customers and check in on active jobs
  • Support urgent labor requests and help keep projects moving
  • Work closely with recruiting and operations to make sure the right technicians are sent to the right job sites

Who We’re Looking For

  • A motivated, career-minded person who wants to grow in sales, staffing, and environmental services
  • Experience in environmental staffing is strongly preferred
  • Candidates without staffing experience should have background in one or more of the following:
  • Environmental services
  • Remediation
  • Restoration
  • Industrial work
  • Construction
  • Emergency response
  • Field operations
  • Comfortable talking to customers, following up, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Understands that safety, reliability, and communication matter in this industry
  • Sales, operations, account management or customer service experience is a plus

Compensation

  • Competitive compensation package
