Outgoing, proactive personality with a strong drive to meet goals Knowledge of current agricultural practices Ability to lift 40 lbs. as well as sit, stand, and squat for extended periods Ability to safely operate, hook up, secure, and transport equipment Ability and willingness to mentor inexperienced candidates Strong communication skills with the ability to form customer relationships Proficiency with computerized tools and reports Mathematical skills Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends Preferred Criteria Bachelor's degree in business or an agriculture-related field 3+ years of account management or direct sales experience in agricultural farm equipment or a related field What will you do? In this account management role, you combine your extensive John Deere and agriculture equipment knowledge with your understanding of our customers' needs to help each client make informed purchasing decisions.
