Job Summary
  • We are seeking a Workday Reporting & PRISM Specialist to join our team and drive end-to-end project execution across Workday Financials. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Workday reporting, PRISM analytics, and integrations to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute Workday projects including report writing (Advanced, Matrix, Composite), configuration, and setup.
  • Enhance existing reports and build new integrations based on business requirements.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical solutions using Workday Worksheets and PRISM.
  • Design and enhance solutions in Workday PRISM and Discovery Boards.
  • Work with e-invoicing connectors (Pagero) to support invoicing mandates for go-live.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables and on-time project completion.
Must-Have Skills
  • Strong functional and technical experience in Workday Reporting, PRISM, Worksheets, Business Process (BP) flows, and Integrations.
  • In-depth understanding of Workday Financials, including General Ledger (GL) and Fixed Assets.
  • Expertise in developing simple and advanced Matrix Reports with calculated fields.
  • Solid understanding of Workday architecture, object models, API integrations, and BP framework.
  • Proficiency with Discovery Boards and Workday analytics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Industry Experience
  • Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Workday Financials within enterprise environments such as technology, consulting, or professional services.
  • Background in complex integrations and analytics for large-scale financial operations is a plus.
Preferred/Added Advantage
  • Workday Pro Certifications in Financials, Reporting, and PRISM.
