StretchLab Scarsdale is Hiring Sales Associates – Join the Leading Assisted Stretching Studio in Scarsdale
Are you a motivated, people focused professional looking to build a career in fitness sales, wellness consulting, or customer service? StretchLab Scarsdale is seeking high energy Sales Associates to help grow our membership base and introduce the Scarsdale community to the benefits of one on one assisted stretching.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in fitness sales, membership sales, and front desk operations within a fast growing wellness brand backed by Xponential Fitness. Position: Sales Associate

Compensation: $18 to $20 per hour plus commission on membership sales

  • Introduce prospective members to StretchLab services and schedule introductory stretch sessions

  • Drive membership sales through lead follow up, outbound calls, and community outreach
  • Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling, client check in, and studio organization
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Represent StretchLab at local events, networking opportunities, and community partnerships
  • Support a positive, team oriented, and high performance studio culture
