Job description

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Work You'll Do
Drive software development and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Drive the evaluation of technology needs, develop customized applications and draft technical and functional design documentation. Identify and mitigate risks in process and technology for engagements. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document, support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design. Gain exposure to multiple industries and service lines while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by engagement follow-on opportunities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Designing and developing applications using Salesforce Lightning Component Framework, Process Builder, Lightning Design System, and OmniStudio to meet functional needs for software applications;
• Utilizing Domain Models, Data Models, and Salesforce Standard Object Diagrams to convert business requirements into development models;
• Developing and launching automation solutions using Salesforce Flow and Apex;
• Delivering full-life cycle Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and microservices-based solutions using Agile and Salesforce Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) across Web, Mobile, and Cloud architectures;
• Performing software development in Agile development environments using Salesforce Developer Console and Workbench;
• Designing and maintaining coding standards to enhance application development using Salesforce Lightning Design System;
• Performing aspects of the SDLC including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, and escalations and urgent issues utilizing Jira; and
• Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, and data models using Figma, Miro, and Lucidchart.
