Please note: This is an unpaid internship. Candidates must be eligible to receive college credit as compensation for this internship. Candidates selected to move forward in the interview process will need to submit proof of eligibility to receive academic credit for their time interning with THE• TEAM, and will be disqualified if they are unable to do so.
This position will assist the strategy team for branded projects on the Athlete Exchange team. This team helps manage and create branded and organic content for the digital properties of THE• TEAM athletes, as well as pitch and manage branded athlete content projects that include commercial production shoots, paid media management, and custom graphics or imagery creation.
What You'll Do
  • Help ideate & create athlete social media content and strategies for client's channels.
  • Help create resources for our clients to stay up to date on the best social practices and new updates across platforms.
  • Assist with gathering social media analytics for clients and marketing/sales team.
  • Assist with team tasks and special projects as needed.

What We're Looking For
  • Must be able to earn college credit for an internship
  • Part time commitment of approximately 20 hours per week
  • Understanding of all social media platforms and their functions
  • Must have a strong interest in and knowledge of the sports industry, and preferably be immersed in and following professional athletes on social media
  • Prior marketing or sports industry experience preferred
  • Social content editing preferred
  • Applicants must be organized, detail-oriented, be self-motivated, and enthusiastic. They must posses a professional attitude while demonstrating initiative and good communication skills Candidates with strong writing skills, social analytics, design, and/ or social media management experience strongly preferred
  • Pacific Time-zone candidates only
  • Los Angeles or San Francisco (Larkspur) based candidates preferred
