Senior Coordinator - Third Party Risk (External Worker Program)

Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) is partnering with a global organization to identify a Senior Coordinator - Third Party Risk (External Worker Program) to support operational activities within their Third Party Risk (TPR) governance function. This role will focus on coordinating risk tracking activities, maintaining documentation and reporting, and supporting cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the External Worker risk program operates smoothly and consistently.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where process discipline, coordination, and strong communication are essential.

  • Location: Hybrid- Tampa/St. Pete (Onsite in the St. Petersburgh office two days a week)
  • Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $35/hr

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain and manage risk tracker activities, including creating, updating, and closing risk events, tasks, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate task assignments and follow-ups across stakeholders to ensure timely completion of risk governance activities.
  • Support reporting by compiling program data, tracking key metrics, and preparing updates for the Third Party Risk team.
  • Perform data quality checks to ensure records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
  • Assist with remediation and compliance initiatives including data cleanup, documentation collection, and process support for the External Worker governance lifecycle.

What Gets You the Job:

  • 3-6 years of professional experience with at least 2 years supporting third-party risk, compliance, procurement, or enterprise risk programs.
  • Experience coordinating risk governance processes within large or global organizations.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio for reporting, tracking, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
