Job description

Are you a people person with high energy and a drive to succeed? We are expanding our footprint in El Paso, TX, and the surrounding areas! We are looking for motivated Event Sales Representatives to represent leading telecommunications brands in a fast-paced, independent environment.


The Opportunity
  • Role Type: Independent Contractor (1099 Position).

  • Earnings: $1,000 – $1,500 per week (Uncapped Commission).

  • Pay Cycle: Paid weekly—get rewarded for your hard work immediately!

  • Schedule: 30+ hours per week, across 7 days, Full time.

  • Start Date: Immediate start available for the right candidates.

  • Location: El Paso, TX.

  • Positions available: 15


What You’ll Be Doing

As an Event Sales Representative, you are the face of the brand. You will set up at various local events and retail locations to:

  • Engage potential customers in friendly, professional conversation.

  • Educate the public on the latest telecommunications products and services.

  • Close Sales by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Represent our clients with integrity and high energy.

  • Experience: Previous experience in Customer Service is required. (Sales experience and retail is a bonus, but we provide full training!)

  • Mobility: Must have own vehicle and drivers license

  • Communication: Bilingual - Spanish Speaking is a major plus- Strong verbal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly, positions will be tailored to your skillset.

  • Ambition: We are looking for individuals who want more than a "job"—we offer a clear path to upper management levels.

  • Independence: As a 1099 contractor, you should be comfortable managing your own schedule and business expenses.

  • Own a cellphone or tablet to work from.

  • MUST BE authorized to work in the United States.
