Job description

Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing campaigns, trade shows, digital activities, and sales enablement initiatives.

This is an entry-level to early-career role focused on improving day-to-day marketing execution, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and maintaining accuracy across marketing deliverables. The role operates under the direction of the Marketing Director and collaborates with sales, leadership, and global marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution Support

· Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns including email, landing pages, and workflows using marketing automation platforms

· Support campaign setup, testing, and deployment

· Help manage timelines to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule

Trade Shows and Events

· Support coordination of trade shows and events including logistics, materials, and internal communication

· Assist with timelines, shipments, and event preparation

· Help ensure all materials and assets are prepared and delivered on time

Sales Support

· Assist in the development and updating of presentations, collateral, and marketing materials

· Support sales requests in a timely and organized manner

· Maintain consistency in branding, formatting, and messaging

Website and Digital Support

· Assist with updating website content, landing pages, and forms through CMS platforms

· Support ongoing improvements to content clarity and usability

Social Media Support

· Assist with execution of social media posts aligned with campaigns and events

· Support content scheduling and basic performance tracking

Scope and Limitations:

This role operates in a supporting capacity and does not include responsibility for:

o Marketing strategy development or campaign planning

o Budget ownership or financial forecasting

o Product positioning or core messaging development

o Engineering-level technical writing

o External agency management

Qualifications:

· 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field

· Exposure to digital marketing channels such as email, websites, or social media

· Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

· Internship or experience supporting marketing campaigns or events

· Exposure to marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or similar tools

· Interest in B2B, industrial, or technical markets
