Job Summary:
  • Travelto customers' locations and inspect commercial roofs
  • Communicatewith customers and check roofs for problem areas
  • Measurescommercial roofs and estimate the amount of roofing material and laborneeded to re-roof
  • Willwork closely with the sales force to provide them with accurateinformation for the creation of proposals for customers
  • Assistin marketing for new accounts

Candidate Requirements:
  • Computerskills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software)
  • Generalconstruction, roofing and/or construction sales experience
  • Avalid driver's license in good standing
  • Ableto climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet

Preferred experience:
-Experiencewith commercial roofing systems: THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, EPDM, TILE,SPF FOAM and COATINGS preferred (training provided for SkillBridge Candidates)
-CollegeDegree in Construction Management or similar preferred/not required
