Work Schedule: 

Fri, Sat & Sun 6a-6p OR Fri, Sat & Sun 6p-6a

Safely learn and perform various entry level tasks in an aluminum casting operation including material handling, quality inspection, product packaging and labeling, housekeeping and other tasks as needed.  Opportunity for OT once trained and certified.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and engage in Take Control of Safety program
  • Operate material handling mobile equipment such as forklifts
  • Prepare various aluminum products for shipment including proper packaging and labeling
  • Inspect finished product for quality
  • Complete other tasks with teammates as needed or directed
Qualifications

Required:

  • Self-motivation and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work well and communicate with a team
  • Reliable attendance; availability to work all weekends (Fri, Sat and Sun each week)
  • Fundamental math and reading skills with ability to learn various production processes
  • Ability to learn to safely operate forklifts and other equipment
  • Ability to work in hot and cold heavy-manufacturing environment

Preferred:

  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Previous forklift or similar mobile equipment operation experience
