The Mobile Sales Associate is responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience here at Allan Connect Corp meeting the needs of our Boost Mobile customers in introducing and providing solutions to their telecommunication needs. The Mobile Sales Associate will participate in outbound activities that market the Boost brands and products to bring in new customers as well as continue to maintain relationships with existing customers. Our sales team receive new employee and ongoing training, so they are prepared to answer service and product questions, walk every customer through their decision-making process. Position Overview: People skills and interaction with valued customers is the foremost focused of our Mobile Associates. Whether the customer is new to Boost Mobile or returning for the newest in prepaid technology, people are key!

An ideal candidate will . . .

  • Complete New Hire and Recurring Training so you are knowledgeable in presenting pre-paid solutions to customers. Your goal is to be an expert in your field.
  • Enjoy interacting with people.
  • Be able to talk to every individual who enters our store and remember they have a choice where to shop, thank them for choosing to visit Boost Mobile.
  • Execute sales vs. goal objectives as presented by management.
  • Ensure compliance and completion of daily, weekly, monthly sales goals and checklists.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, handling each sales opportunity or situation with professionalism.
  • Participate in special events and other marketing events representing Boost Mobile
  • Ability to work well with co-workers and management.
  • Strive to optimize the time on shift regardless of the customer traffic – learn more, ensure the store is clean and presentable. Reach out to the District Manager requesting additional duties – stretch your possibilities.
  • Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Work Experience: Minimum Six months of customer service/or sales experience in the retail environment. Wireless experience is a plus!
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred in some areas.
  • Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
  • Completed High school diploma/GED.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the sales floor.
  • Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour DOE. The base pay does not factor in an aggressive commission program provided by the Allan Connect Corp when goals and objectives are met. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualification, and experience..
