This role is designed for a strategic talent partner who thrives at the intersection of business partnership, talent strategy, and organizational impact. We're looking for a TABP to own the full cycle of recruiting in our world-class Aeronautics organization. This person will partner directly with hiring managers to build pipelines and hire high-quality technical talent and play a key role in shaping how the company will grow the workforce.
