Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Join Dempsey as a Strategic Account Manager and help advance our mission to become a regional leader in the Mid-Atlantic. In this role, you’ll manage relationships with our largest strategic clients and ensure they receive responsive, high-quality service. Your work will focus on strengthening long-term partnerships and identifying new ways Dempsey can support their operations.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct frequent in-person visits to client sites; this is a field-based role that requires regular driving to customer locations
  • Maintain strong, ongoing communication with strategic accounts through scheduled meetings and consistent follow-up
  • Renew service agreements accurately and on time
  • Improve profitability through operational, pricing, and contractual initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Demonstrate Dempsey’s value through analysis, reporting, and presentations
  • Introduce new products and services to expand account revenue
  • Identify and manage strategic accounts based on corporate criteria
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer needs and issue resolution
  • Identify opportunities to expand or enhance services within each account
  • Track market conditions and competitor activity affecting assigned customers
  • Lead special projects and oversee the resolution of customer concerns
Qualifications
