Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Valuation Management Level Associate Job Description & Summary The Opportunity As a Deals Valuation - Tangible Assets Experienced Associate, you will engage in providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will help clients navigate complex transactions and assess the worth and potential risks of various deals, enabling them to make informed decisions. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role, you will be part of our Deals practice, where you will focus on providing analysis and valuation services for financial transactions. You will take ownership of your development, applying a learning mindset and appreciating diverse perspectives. By actively listening and clearly expressing ideas, you will gather information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns. This opportunity allows you to build commercial awareness and apply professional and technical standards, contributing to the success of our clients and your team.
