Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), virtual meeting platforms, and data tracking tools is typically required. What are some common challenges faced in a remote student engagement role, and how can they be addressed?

One of the main challenges in remote student engagement is fostering meaningful connections with students who may feel isolated or disengaged in a virtual setting. Collaborating closely with instructors, IT support, and other student services teams also helps ensure that students receive timely assistance and feel part of a connected learning community.
