Utility Team Member - Role Overview
The Utility Team Member supports the Utility Department and assists multiple departments as needed in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform physically demanding tasks throughout the entire shift, including:
    • Lifting, pushing, and pulling 50+ lbs continuously
    • Standing, bending, and working on the floor for extended periods
  • Assist multiple departments based on daily priorities (task stacker)
  • Complete up to 3-4 home floors per day
  • Apply basic construction knowledge and precise measurement skills
  • Maintain attention to detail to ensure homes meet quality standards
  • Support internal and external teams as assigned
Qualifications
  • Well-rounded basic construction experience
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to adapt and work across departments
  • Prior construction experience preferred
