Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entry-Level Front Office Coordinator at Poolemerica Enterprises, located in New Orleans, LA. The position involves managing day-to-day front office operations, including answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, welcoming visitors, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office administration tasks. The coordinator will also provide excellent customer service and support to clients, employees, and other stakeholders.


Qualifications
