Responsibilities
Core Role Purpose
  • Local, Regional and National Tax Return Processor
  • Acts as a liaison between tax preparers/accountants and clients, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely delivery of tax returns
  • Ensures compliance with filing requirements and tracks returns through completion and acceptance

Essential Functions and Primary Duties
  • Assemble, review, and deliver tax returns accurately and timely
  • Maintain workflow queues and ensure deadlines are met
  • Verify required documentation and ensure compliance with firm requirements
  • Deliver returns to clients via secure methods and provide status updates
  • Support extension filings and monitor regulatory deadlines
  • Assist with reporting, tracking, and seasonal processing initiatives
  • Other Reporting & Administrative Tasks

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field preferred
  • Active participation in student organizations or work experience in accounting or a related field is a plus, but not required

  • Bachelor's degree or two years of experience on a specialized subject matter
  • Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
