We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Maintenance Technician. This is a great opportunity to build your skills, work with experienced professionals, and grow in a stable, team‑oriented environment — especially as we celebrate our 90th anniversary1 Position Available at Charter Casting — 2900 E Richmond St, Shawano, WI 54166

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) | 2nd shift | $24.50/hr

  • Learn how to inspect and maintain equipment that keeps our facility running smoothly

  • Clean foundry production equipment

  • Assist experienced mechanics with repairs and installations

  • Perform machine start up and shutdown procedures as needed

  • Operate forklifts and use basic hand tools

  • Follow safety procedures to help maintain a safe and efficient workplace

  • Assist with production as needed
