Revature is hiring Entry-Level Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Analysts for an exciting opportunity with a leading Big 4 Accounting Firm in Orlando, Florida.

What You''ll Do

 

Your journey begins with a 4-week, paid training program delivered by Revature.

Training is remote and takes place Monday through Friday (9am-5pm ET)

Candidates who successfully complete training, pass the final assessment, and are selected by our client will transition into an AML Analyst Role supporting a major financial services engagement.

The assignment is expected to last 12 months, with the opportunity for conversion to a full-time permanent position based on performance and business needs.

 

As part of the client''s AML Compliance team, you will:

  • Review customer transactions and account activity
  • Identify potentially unusual or suspicious activity patterns
  • Document investigative findings accurately and thoroughly
  • Support financial institutions in meeting regulatory compliance obligations
  • Learn and utilize AML tools, processes, and compliance procedures
  • Work in a detail-oriented and analytical environment focused on financial crime prevention

Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree (4-year) required
  • No specific major required
  • No prior AML experience required
  • Ability to pass Revature''s problem-solving and logical reasoning assessment
  • Must be based in Orlando, FL or willing to relocate to Orlando after initial 4-week remote training
  • Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Lake Nona area following training
  • Ability to work approximately 45 hours per week
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship

 

Compensation

During Training:

·       Paid at applicable minimum wage based on location for 40 hours per week

After Training:

·       $24/hour for 40 hours per week and $36/hour overtime pay

·       Estimated total pay in Year 1 is $50,000-54,000

·       Typical schedules may include approximately 5 hours of overtime per week

Additional Information

  • The client role is positioned as a temporary assignment for one year
  • Strong performers are eligible to become full-time employees with the client at the end of the first year
  • As an hourly temporary position, compensation is provided for hours worked and therefore paid holidays and PTO are not included
  • Work and pay may not be available during client shutdown periods, including portions of the end of year holiday season
