Chick-fil-A Kiosk / Food Truck Team MemberPosition Summary

Do you enjoy serving people, working in a fast-paced environment, and bringing energy to the community? As a Kiosk Team Member / Food Truck Team Member withChick-fil-A Nine Mile Rd., you will have the opportunity to serve guests beyond the four walls of the restaurant through mobile events, kiosks, catering, and community activations.

This role combines food and event preparation inside the restaurant alongside our operations team with off-site service opportunities. Team Members in this role help create memorable guest experiences while representing the Chick-fil-A brand throughout the community.

Key ResponsibilitiesEvent & Mobile Operations
  • Serve guests at mobile kiosks, food trucks, and community events
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and accurate service in fast-paced environments
  • Assist with setup, breakdown, transportation preparation, and event execution
Food Preparation & Restaurant Support
  • Prepare food, packaging, and supplies for off-site events and catering opportunities
  • Support restaurant operations as needed, including serving alongside the Operations Team
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards in all environments
Guest Experience & Brand Representation
  • Represent the Chick-fil-A brand with professionalism, energy, and hospitality
  • Engage positively with guests, community partners, and team members
