Pay Range

$58,700.00-$80,700.00 Annual

This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an early-career or developing procurement professional to build hands-on expertise in direct materials sourcing while working on impactful, high-visibility projects. In this role, you'll gain exposure to strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and large-scale spend management-developing the skills needed to grow into a procurement or supply chain leader.

What You'll Accomplish

As a GP&L Associate, your success will be measured by your ability to drive sourcing outcomes, deliver measurable savings, and build strong supplier partnerships. You will:

  • Execute sourcing strategies that deliver results
    Lead and support sourcing events-including RFQs and reverse auctions-resulting in measurable cost savings and value creation across $1M-$10M in annual spend.
  • Develop sourcing expertise in direct materials categories
    Quickly build knowledge in assigned commodities and markets, identifying competitive suppliers and innovative sourcing opportunities.
  • Drive data-informed decisions
    Analyze spend data, supplier performance, and market trends to uncover cost-saving opportunities and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Strengthen supplier relationships and contract outcomes
    Partner with suppliers to negotiate terms, support contract development, and ensure alignment with business and compliance requirements.
  • Improve procurement processes and tools
    Leverage sourcing platforms (e.g., Ariba) and SAP to execute projects efficiently, track savings, and continuously improve sourcing methodologies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impact
    Act as a liaison between procurement, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful project execution.
  • Ensure compliance and operational excellence
    Maintain adherence to procurement policies, manage purchase orders, and use reporting insights to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
