Are you an MBA student eager to dive into the world of procurement? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to exciting initiatives? If so, we want you to be part of our dynamic team as a Procurement Intern!

What You’ll Do:

As a Procurement Intern, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our Procurement Operations, gaining valuable insights into cradle-to-grave procurement processes, strategic sourcing, project management, and SAP Materials Management. This is your chance to collaborate closely with our procurement team and other departments to enhance our procurement efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct ongoing research to identify beneficial purchase agreements and potential vendors.

Bid Management: Prepare and evaluate bid lists, requests for information, and proposals to find the best value offerings.

Procurement Support: Serve as the main contact for After Sales Service operations in the US, assisting with daily procurement needs.

Technical Coordination: Facilitate requests for technical clarifications and expedite bid submissions.

Negotiations: Support or conduct commercial negotiations, ensuring cost and contractual improvements are documented.

Vendor Relations: Maintain relationships with vendors, manage purchase orders, and supervise delivery schedules.

System Management: Enter and manage purchase orders in SAP (ERP System).

Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Strategic Development: Develop procurement strategies that align with our after sales service goals.

Strategic Sourcing Opportunity: Collaborate with shop personnel to launch RFPs for suppliers and negotiate best value offerings.

CCUS Packaging Canvas: Conduct supplier queries and execute NDAs related to our CCUS Growth Plan in the Americas.

Everllence Branding: Develop a comprehensive plan to address branding concerns across various procurement documents.

Supplier Revalidation: Implement a phased plan to improve supplier qualification processes.

Flow Down of Prime Contractual Requirements: Interface with commercial contracts attorneys to capture customer requirements efficiently.

Who You Are:

You have a Bachelor’s degree and are currently pursuing an MBA, ideally in supply chain management.

You bring 1-3 years of work experience in procurement or a related field.

You possess strong analytical and communication skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Familiarity with SAP Materials Management is a plus, but not required.
