Job description

Registered Nurse (RN)
The Orchards Michigan, located in Big Rapids, MI, is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.
Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to assigned patients.
  • Administer and record medications and treatments as required.
  • Prepare for and assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
  • Reinforce and provide healthcare instructions to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
  • Assist with the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
  • Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition to the appropriate personnel.
  • Record observations related to patients' responses to nursing care in patient charts.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
  • Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of the unit as assigned.

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications and Skills:
  • RN experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • RN licensure (required)
