Leaderstat - Post Acute is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care for a travel job in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Travel LPN – Skilled Nursing Facility - Multiple Locations Available!

13 weeks | Days and Nights Available!!

If you’ve been on the fence about diving into the world of travel nursing, this is your chance to take the plunge. As an interim LPN with LeaderStat, you’ll get the opportunity to meet healthcare professionals from all over the nation and sharpen your clinical skillset, all while providing top-of-the-line care to residents in a senior living community.

We’re currently seeking an interim Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is willing to commit to a 30-day contract.

When you join the LeaderStat team, you’ll be connected with a dedicated specialist before and during your assignment. They will work with you to coordinate onboarding and provide support throughout your entire assignment.

Job Duties

  • Taking and monitoring vital signs
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Communicating changes in resident behavior to nurses, physicians, and family members
  • Administering medications
  • Overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Providing companionship and comfort to all residents
  • Preparing residents for transfer or discharge

Job Requirements/Qualifications

  • At least one year of clinical experience in a long-term care setting
  • Possess empathy and passion for serving others
  • Current license in the state assigned or in an eligible Nurse Compact State
  • Up-to-date certifications
    • Basic Life Support (BLS)
    • Two-step TB test
    • Physical exam within the last 12 months

Stipend

For this contract, you will receive a stipend to assist with expenses. A stipend is defined as a weekly, untaxed sum of money to pay for lodging, meals, transportation, and incidental expenses. This puts you in control of your own money!
