RN New Grad Welcome!

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Lotus Village Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Wilkesboro, NC. As a new graduate, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills and transition into a rewarding nursing career under the guidance of our experienced nurses and healthcare team. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and committed to excellence in your profession, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents with varying levels of acuity, including those with complex medical and behavioral needs • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team • Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and perform various treatments as required • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall resident experience

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN degree preferred) • North Carolina RN licensure (or eligible to obtain) • 0 years of experience as a registered nurse (new graduates welcome)
