Commission Rn 8 Hour Shifts information

What is a commission RN 8 hour shift?

Commission RN 8 Hour Shifts refer to registered nurse positions where nurses work 8-hour shifts and are compensated based on a commission or per-shift basis, rather than a standard salaried or hourly wage. This type of scheduling is common in some staffing agencies or facilities that need flexible nurse coverage. Commission RNs may have the opportunity to choose their shifts and potentially earn more depending on the number of shifts or the demand for their specialty. This arrangement can offer flexibility and varied work environments for nurses who prefer non-traditional schedules.
