Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance to client, including grooming, bathing, and dressing.
  • Administer medication and monitor client health status as directed.
  • Assist with mobility and physical activities to promote independence.
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
  • Document and report changes in client condition to the healthcare team.
  • Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
  • Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Adhere to all safety and health regulations and policies.
  • Experience with Dementia/Alzheimer, Sundowners. Knowing how to calm a fearful client by having a calm demeaner.
  • PUNCTUALITY IS A MUST-CLIENT TENDS TO WANDER AND CANNOT BE LEFT ALONE
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving is a plus.
