As a fully licensed mental health counselor, you'll focus on clinical work while receiving no-cost credentialing support, streamlined compliance resources, and reliable bi-weekly payments—so you can spend more time with clients and less time on administrative tasks. Location: Remote (must be based in the Kansas City area or able to serve clients in supported states) What You'll Do (Responsibilities) Provide high-quality, evidence-informed counseling services to clients via secure telehealth.

Conduct biopsychosocial intakes, clinical assessments, and treatment planning aligned with medical necessity and payer standards. Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation (e.g., progress notes, treatment plans, assessments) within the practice platform. Collaborate with clients to set goals, track progress, and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate.

Maintain ethical and legal standards, including confidentiality and informed consent, in accordance with your license and applicable regulations.
