Responsibilities: 
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to legal and professional staff
  • Manage and organize physical and digital files, documents, and records
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and proofreading
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
