You’ll be at the center of pump and valve production connecting quotes, materials, and schedules so projects actually move. This role touches everything: Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Service. If something’s off, you catch it early. If something’s missing, you fix it.

What You’ll Do

  • Turn quotes into active jobs and sales orders (Epicor Kinetic)
  • Build and manage job structures, BOMs, and schedules
  • Keep pump and valve demand aligned across projects
  • Track materials and solve shortages before they slow production
  • Work closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Service
  • Monitor timelines, job status, and production readiness
