****Local Applicants Only - Boca Raton Pompano Beach FL Area****
On the road. Face to face. We’ll teach you the sales part.

Surface Experts is hiring an entry-level, field-based sales representative to help grow our presence with apartment communities, hotels, assisted living facilities, and residential builders.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys being out in the field, meeting people in person, and building relationships. You do not need formal sales experience. You do need to be comfortable spending most of your day on the road and walking into commercial properties.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Visit apartment communities, hotels, and job sites throughout the day
  • Meet with property managers, leasing teams, maintenance supervisors, and facilities staff
  • Walk units and common areas to identify surface repair opportunities
  • Introduce Surface Experts services and book repair work
  • Manage your daily route and schedule independently
  • Log activity, notes, and follow-ups in our system
  • Typical days include 10–15 on-site visits

This is an outside, field-based role. You will not be sitting behind a desk.
Who You’ll Work With:
  • Apartment and multifamily property managers
  • Leasing and property management teams
  • Hotel chief engineers and facilities teams
  • Assisted and senior living communities
  • Residential builders and construction project managers
This is a strong fit for candidates with experience in:
  • Customer service or hospitality
  • Property management or leasing
  • Facilities, maintenance, or construction support roles
  • Entry-level sales or business development
If you enjoy talking with people, asking questions, and being out of the office most of the day, you’ll do well here.
Attributes Matter More Than Experience
No formal sales experience required. We’ll train you on our sales process.
Attributes Over Experience
No Sales Experience Required: No prior industry experience, degree, or formal sales experience is needed. We can teach the process; we can’t teach these traits:
  • Coachable —eager to learn, open to feedback, takes responsibility for results, and willing to run a proven sales playbook.
  • Curious — comfortable asking questions and seeks to serve customers by understanding them first
  • Detail-Oriented — executes daily habits (routing, documenting metrics, sending follow-ups) that turn activity into revenue, consistently.
Compensation:
  • Base salary ($40,000.00) + commission + bonuses
  • Company car for sales routes
What you can expect:
  • Entry-level role with structured training
  • Freedom to structure your day
  • Steady flow of quality leads
  • Small-business environment with national franchise support
  • Sales training at Surface Experts HQ
  • Ongoing coaching and support
***Important Note***
This role is best suited for early-career or entry-level candidates.
Highly senior sales executives or those seeking desk-based or remote roles may not find this position to be a good fit.
Why Surface Experts

You’ll have the freedom to structure your day, a steady flow of quality leads, a supportive team, and world-class training at Surface Experts HQ. No prior industry or formal sales experience required. If you bring the right attributes, we’ll train you to excel.
