Senior PMO Manager - CSA Transformation Office
Position Summary

The Senior PMO Manager is responsible for driving governance, execution oversight, coordination, and strategic alignment across large-scale, complex enterprise programs. This role serves as a central point of integration across multiple functions, business units, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
The individual will partner closely with executive sponsors, program leaders, and functional stakeholders to establish governance structures, manage risks and dependencies, drive decision-making, and provide leadership visibility into program status, milestones, and risks.
The role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across a matrixed organization.
Key Responsibilities
Program Governance & Leadership
  • Establish and manage program governance structures, operating models, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Lead program management activities across multiple interconnected workstreams.
  • Ensure alignment of program objectives with enterprise strategy and business priorities.
  • Identify interdependencies, critical path and risks while working to resolve issues.
  • Drive accountability across program teams and stakeholders to deliver outcomes.

Executive Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and senior leadership.
  • Prepare and present program updates to senior executives and steering committees.
  • Translate complex program information into concise executive-level communications.
  • Escalate critical issues and facilitate timely decision-making.

Program Planning & Execution
  • Oversee integrated program plans, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Ensure effective coordination across business units and functions.
  • Monitor progress against objectives and proactively address execution risks.
  • Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts to remove barriers to success.

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
  • Establish and maintain enterprise-level risk and issue management processes.
  • Drive mitigation planning and resolution of complex cross-functional challenges.
  • Identify and manage interdependencies across programs and business initiatives.
  • Ensure timely escalation of material risks and decisions.

Performance Reporting & Insights
  • Develop executive dashboards and program health reporting.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Monitor program performance against scope, schedule and budget.
  • Support realization tracking and post-implementation reviews.

Continuous Improvement
  • Enhance PMO methodologies, governance standards, and best practices.
  • Drive consistency in program execution across the enterprise.
  • Mentor junior PMO staff and project managers.

Requirements
  • Associates degree
  • 8+ years of program, project, transformation, or business experience

Preferred
  • Experience with project management software tools
  • Bachelor's degree and advanced degree
  • Experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives within large, complex corporations
  • Demonstrated success managing programs in a matrixed environment
  • Experience supporting executive-level governance and steering committees
  • Experience in finance transformation, ERP implementation, operating model transformation, digital transformation, M&A integration, or other complex enterprise initiatives preferred.
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
  • Advanced program and portfolio management expertise

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
