We're looking for a Director, Project Management to lead the execution of our most critical infrastructure and growth initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on driving complex projects to completion-not just managing plans, but making things happen.
You'll oversee major facility builds, technical deployments, and cross-functional initiatives, with an initial focus on expanding our South Florida Connected Solutions hub while supporting projects across Los Angeles, New York, and other global locations. What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and technical deployment projects
  • Drive timelines, budgets, milestones, and stakeholder alignment
  • Identify and mitigate risks before they impact execution
  • Coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Production, Sales, and Global teams
  • Own and lead the weekly Critical Project Review (CPR) process
  • Standardize project tracking, reporting, and execution practices
  • Provide visibility and oversight across multi-site and global initiatives

  • Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in media, broadcast, technology, or related industries
  • Technical fluency with infrastructure, production, or broadcast environments
  • Ability to drive accountability, alignment, and results in fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to be based in Fort Lauderdale with occasional travel

If you're an execution-focused leader who excels at bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex initiatives, we'd love to hear from you.

We've supported some of the world's most watched productions and live events in sports, entertainment, concerts, festivals, film, TV and more. For 40 years our clients have trusted us to deliver live production, live events, and virtual production solutions for them, anytime, anywhere. Put simply, we bring content to life.
