Job description

NEP is transforming how the world consumes live sports and entertainment through our Global Media Solutions Ecosystem. As part of that evolution, our Connected Solutions division is driving the future of centralized production, cloud-based workflows, and connectivity for the industry's biggest broadcasters, streamers, and content owners.
We're looking for a Director, Project Management to lead the execution of our most critical infrastructure and growth initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on driving complex projects to completion-not just managing plans, but making things happen.
You'll oversee major facility builds, technical deployments, and cross-functional initiatives, with an initial focus on expanding our South Florida Connected Solutions hub while supporting projects across Los Angeles, New York, and other global locations. You'll also own our Critical Project Review (CPR) process, bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to project execution across the organization.
What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and technical deployment projects
  • Drive timelines, budgets, milestones, and stakeholder alignment
  • Identify and mitigate risks before they impact execution
  • Coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Production, Sales, and Global teams
  • Own and lead the weekly Critical Project Review (CPR) process
  • Standardize project tracking, reporting, and execution practices
  • Provide visibility and oversight across multi-site and global initiatives
What You'll Need
  • 8-10 years of project, program, or technical operations management experience
  • Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in media, broadcast, technology, or related industries
  • Technical fluency with infrastructure, production, or broadcast environments
  • Ability to drive accountability, alignment, and results in fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to be based in Fort Lauderdale with occasional travel
