Job Description:
DePuy Synthes is recruiting for an Operations Manager-, located in West Palm Beach, FL!
The Operation Manager will be responsible for leading capital equipment configuration, kitting, integrated system testing teams, and operational readiness activities supporting customer delivery and installation requirements.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead operational execution for capital equipment kitting and configuration.
  • Oversee integrated system testing activities.
  • Ensure quality and operational readiness prior to distribution readiness.
  • Develop scalable processes supporting equipment configuration operations.
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Service organizations.
  • Drive operational standardization and documentation.
  • Manage operational scheduling and execution priorities.
  • Support new product introductions and operational readiness initiatives.

Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.

Experience and Skills:
Required:
  • 7+ years of operations or manufacturing leadership experience.
  • Develop organizational capabilities and build high-performing teams to support future growth.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and project leadership skills.
  • Background in healthcare, MedTech, or similarly regulated industries
  • Experience with continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Ability to drive change and adoption in evolving organizational environments.

Preferred:
  • Experience supporting capital equipment or complex system operations preferred.

  • English Fluency is required
  • 10% domestic travel with possibility of international travel
