Purpose

Provides entrylevel project support by assisting with document control and coordination activities using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). This role supports project teams by ensuring documents are uploaded, transmitted, organized, and maintained according to established project and company procedures.


Responsibilities

Leadership and Direction

  • Perform assigned project coordination and document control tasks under direction from project management or senior project support staff.
  • Follow established procedures, workflows, and instructions related to document management.
  • Escalate questions, inconsistencies, or issues to the appropriate project team members.
  • Demonstrate reliability, accuracy, and a willingness to learn project systems and processes.

At the Operational and Company Level

  • Support document control activities within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for assigned projects.
  • Assist with transmitting project documents to internal teams and external parties following defined processes.
  • Help ensure documents are filed using required naming conventions, folder structures, and metadata.
  • Track document status and support routine reporting as directed.
  • Respond to basic document requests from project team members.
  • Support compliance with company and project documentation requirements.

Do the Work

  • Upload drawings, specifications, correspondence, and other project documents into ACC.
  • Assist with preparing and issuing document transmittals and maintaining document logs.
  • Help maintain version control by filing documents in the correct locations and revisions.
  • Apply document updates or revisions as instructed.
  • Run basic reports or logs from ACC to support project tracking.
  • Assist with project closeout activities by organizing and archiving project documentation.
  • Perform accuracy checks to ensure documents are complete and legible before release.
