This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules, tracking project progress, and supporting operational excellence.

As a Project Management Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives while providing critical administrative and project support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support organizational goals and objectives by coordinating technology and infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.
  • Facilitate meetings and support teams of technical professionals in developing and delivering complex business solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, technical subject matter experts (SMEs), vendors, business partners, and stakeholders to support successful project execution.
  • Identify and communicate project risks while assisting with mitigation planning and issue resolution.
  • Participate with project teams and vendors to identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks.
  • Apply project management principles, methodologies, and tools throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in developing work breakdown structures, project schedules, task durations, dependencies, milestones, and overall project plans.
  • Follow established project management methodologies and reporting requirements while supporting project scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
  • Deliver business requirements and desired outcomes through effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Support all aspects of project execution, including project planning, stakeholder communication, business analysis, organizational change support, resource coordination, and documentation.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for project communications and provide updates to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Establish and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reporting by tracking progress, delays, risks, issues, and mitigation efforts.
  • Create and maintain project baselines as needed.
  • Coordinate schedules with internal and external teams and generate reports from project management systems.
  • Support smaller initiatives and special projects as assigned.
  • Assist with annual and monthly resource planning, budget tracking, and reporting activities.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc project status reports.
  • Create, update, and extract project reports as needed.
  • Open and manage projects and work orders within project management systems.
  • Perform additional project coordination and administrative support as required.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Information Technology (IT) concepts, systems, security principles, and technology project environments.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Preferred Certifications
