Position: Project Coordinator (Entry Level) – Full Time
Department: Homer Tree Service, Inc.
Job Summary: The Entry Level Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by tracking project progress and handling administrative tasks. They support the project team by maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, communicating with clients, and providing status updates.
Duties amp; Responsibilities:
  • Research and solicit new projects from conception to completion
  • Perform quantity take offs on blueprints for small to large construction projects
  • Research and analyze technical contract specifications
  • Execute bid books
  • Manage team goals, project schedules, and information flow
  • Handle project-related paperwork, prepare proposals, memos, and emails
  • Acts as a liaison between company, contractors and clients
  • Interact with clients to define project requirements and objectives
  • Addresses questions, concerns or complaints regarding the project
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to evaluate problems and propose solutions
  • Understand budget adherence and cost control
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, specifically Word and Excel
