Job Title: Project Manager

Salary: Up to $145,000 DOE + Company Vehicle + Profit Sharing + 401(k)

Southern Maine | Luxury Residential Construction

Build Homes That Stand Apart

Our client is one of Southern Maine's most respected luxury residential builders, delivering exceptional custom homes and large-scale renovations for over 40 years.

Built on a reputation for craftsmanship, integrity and quality, they have become a trusted name within the high-end residential market. Every project is bespoke, every home is unique, and every member of the team takes genuine pride in the work they deliver.

As demand continues to grow, they're looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their close-knit leadership team.

This is an opportunity to manage some of the finest residential construction projects in the region, with values ranging from $500,000 to over $10 million.

Working across luxury custom homes and extensive remodels, you'll oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring every build is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the exceptional standards the business is known for.

Unlike many construction roles, projects are all located within a close radius of the office, meaning less time travelling and more time focusing on delivering outstanding projects.

If you're looking for a company where quality comes before quantity, where your work is recognised and where you'll genuinely enjoy coming to work each day, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple luxury residential construction projects from groundbreaking through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners, architects and consultants.
  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
  • Manage RFIs, change orders and project documentation.
  • Ensure projects meet the highest standards of safety, craftsmanship and quality.
  • Work closely with local municipalities throughout permitting and inspections.
  • Identify potential issues early and implement proactive solutions.
  • Provide leadership and support to project teams throughout every phase of construction.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous Project Management experience delivering luxury custom homes or high-end residential renovations.
  • Excellent knowledge of residential construction practices and sequencing.
  • Strong scheduling, budgeting and organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build lasting client and subcontractor relationships.
  • Experience using Buildertrend or similar construction management software is highly desirable.
  • A proactive leader who enjoys working within a collaborative, family-oriented business.

What's On Offer

  • Salary up to $145,000 depending on experience
  • Company vehicle & fuel card
  • Company phone
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Profit sharing
  • Health, Dental, Vision & Accident Insurance
  • Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Performance & holiday bonuses
  • Paid vacation & holidays
  • Company clothing provided
  • Year-round work
  • Long-term career progression with one of Southern Maine's most respected residential builders
