We are currently undertaking a significant and exciting initiative to upgrade our core SAP ECC 6.0 environment to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, thereby seamlessly integrating with our B2B and B2C customers.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent college graduate to join our team as an Entry-Level SAP SD/MM Analyst. This role is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in SAP functional support, business process analysis, and enterprise systems.
The analyst will support business users and IT teams in the areas of Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM), helping maintain system operations, troubleshoot issues, support projects, and assist with process improvements across order management, procurement, inventory, and related business functions.
This position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with SAP business processes, work with cross-functional teams, and develop foundational knowledge in one of the world's leading ERP platforms
Key Responsibilities:
SAP Support & Administration

  • Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) processes.
  • Assist in resolving production support issues, including order processing, pricing, shipping, purchasing, goods movements, and inventory transactions.
  • Monitor support tickets, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues to senior analysts or technical teams when needed.
  • Help maintain SAP master data related to customers, materials, vendors, and purchasing/sales documents.
  • Support testing activities for system changes, enhancements, upgrades, and defect fixes.
Business Process Support
Work with business users to understand operational processes and identify system-related issues or improvement opportunities.
Assist in documenting current and future business processes related to:
  • Order-to-Cash
  • Procure-to-Pay
  • Inventory Management
  • Shipping and Receiving
  • Material Master and Vendor Master processes
  • Support the creation of functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides.
Project & Enhancement Support
  • Participate in SAP implementation, enhancement, or continuous improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into system support needs.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), test script creation, and validation of business scenarios.
  • Help coordinate with technical teams, integration teams, and business stakeholders during project execution.
Training & Documentation
  • Create and update end-user documentation, training materials, and quick reference guides.
  • Provide support during training sessions for business users.
  • Maintain accurate records of issue resolutions, process steps, and configuration-related documentation.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Customer Service, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and IT.
  • Learn and apply SAP best practices and company standards for system usage and support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and process consistency.
  • Stay current on SAP functionality and related business processes through training and practical experience.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in one of the following or a related field:

  • 0-2 years of professional experience (internships, co-ops, or academic project experience acceptable).
