Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Procurement Specialist in HOUSTON TX. Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase orders and ensure timely processing and delivery of materials

  • Partner with internal stakeholders including Engineering, Operations, Planning, and Supplier Quality teams

  • Manage supplier relationships, including onboarding, performance reviews, and negotiations

  • Prepare and manage RFQs, competitive bidding processes, and supplier sourcing activities

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times, and quality requirements

  • Resolve supplier, delivery, invoice, and quality-related issues

  • Support supplier qualification, evaluation, and development programs

  • Analyze purchasing data, market conditions, and supply plans to identify cost-saving opportunities

  • Support procurement of business plans and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of Procurement Specialist

  • Proficiency in SAP

  • High school diploma or GED / associate degree or higher.
