Job Overview:

The Entry Level Procurement/Data Entry Clerk supports the Procurement Department by accurately inputting, managing, and maintaining data related to purchasing activities and vendor information. This role ensures that all purchasing records are organized, accurate, and compliant with company standards while assisting with daily procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and track Purchase Orders accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Verify vendor information, product details, pricing, and hardware/software/Hollander numbers.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date procurement records and files.

  • Reconcile Purchase Orders and Invoices to ensure accuracy.

  • Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to identify and fulfill purchasing needs.
  • Support the Procurement team with general administrative and data entry tasks.
  • Inspect received product for damages. Issuing returns and collecting refunds when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 1-3 years of experience in procurement, data entry, or related administrative role.
  • Good communication skills and ability to negotiate when needed.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools (Excel or

    Google Sheets preferred).
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
