About this Role
The Procurement Analyst provides administrative and analytical support for the procure-to-pay process across Quanta Services' project portfolio. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate procurement data, supporting purchase order administration, and coordinating between procurement, accounting, and project teams to ensure timely and compliant processing of purchasing transactions.
What You'll Do
  • Support end-to-end procure-to-pay activities including purchase order creation, tracking, and closeout
  • Maintain and update procurement data in ERP systems to ensure accuracy of commitments, invoices, and vendor records
  • Coordinate with accounts payable, project controls, and project teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment status issues
  • Generate and distribute procurement reports including spend summaries, open PO aging, and commitment tracking
  • Support vendor setup, maintenance, and onboarding in accordance with company policies
  • Assist with contract compliance tracking and documentation management for procurement activities
  • Identify data quality issues and work with stakeholders to implement corrections and process improvements
  • Perform additional duties as required to support procurement and project controls operations

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, accounts payable, or project controls administration
  • Working knowledge of procure-to-pay processes including purchase orders, invoicing, and vendor management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working within ERP or procurement systems
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of transactional data accurately
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate across procurement, finance, and project teams

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) or similar ERP platforms in a construction, utility, or EPC environment
  • Familiarity with project-based purchasing, cost coding, and commitment tracking
  • Experience supporting procurement data reporting or spend analysis
