Jiffy Lube, LLC is the largest quick lube franchisor in the United States, supporting a network of more than 2,200 service locations. Through its owned franchisee operations and strategic supplier relationships, the organization is focused on operational excellence, customer experience, and scalable growth across a highly dynamic automotive services platform.

Premium Velocity Auto LLC, with 320 locations across the country, is more than just your neighborhood Jiffy Lube. We are a powerhouse automotive maintenance operation fueled by the dedication of more than 3,000+ passionate employees. PVA is one of the largest franchisees within the Jiffy Lube Network and a wholly owned subsidiary of Jiffy Lube, LLC.

Position Summary

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Procurement Director will lead the enterprise procurement function across Jiffy Lube and Premium Velocity Auto. This executive will develop and execute sourcing strategies that create sustainable competitive advantage through supplier partnerships, commercial negotiations, working capital optimization, and disciplined procurement governance.

The Director will establish procurement as a strategic business partner by delivering measurable EBITDA improvement, mitigating supply chain risk, enhancing operational performance, and building scalable procurement capabilities to support future growth. This role will lead enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives across direct and indirect spend while partnering closely with executive leadership, Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT, Legal, and franchise support teams.

The successful candidate combines executive presence, commercial acumen, analytical rigor, and hands-on leadership with a proven track record of transforming procurement organizations in complex, multi-site environments.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Strategy & Transformation

  • Develop and execute an enterprise procurement strategy aligned with the company's value creation objectives.
  • Build and mature the procurement organization, processes, governance, and technology roadmap.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term sourcing strategies across direct and indirect spend categories.
  • Lead competitive sourcing initiatives, supplier evaluations, RFQs/RFPs, contract negotiations, and vendor selection processes.
  • Develop multi-year category strategies balancing cost, quality, service, innovation, and supplier resilience.

Strategic Supplier Management

  • Build and manage strategic supplier relationships with a focus on performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish supplier scorecards and performance metrics related to cost, quality, delivery, responsiveness, and service levels.
  • Lead supplier risk management efforts, including alternate sourcing strategies, continuity planning, and capacity assessments for critical categories.
  • Improve procurement execution across the full procure-to-pay lifecycle, including requisitioning, purchasing, delivery coordination, invoice resolution, and compliance.

Financial Value Creation

  • Develop and manage a procurement savings roadmap with clear ownership, tracking, and validated results.
  • Identify and execute initiatives that improve EBITDA, reduce total cost of ownership, and enhance working capital performance.
  • Optimize payment terms, contract coverage, pricing structures, rebate opportunities, and purchasing compliance.
  • Support acquisition integration and procurement synergies.
  • Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, spend analytics, and savings validation.

Governance, Analytics & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Establish procurement governance, policies, approval workflows, and negotiation standards across the organization.
  • Build procurement reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and analytics capabilities to improve visibility and decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, IT, Finance, and field leadership to align procurement initiatives with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing $100M+ annual spend.
  • Experience negotiating enterprise-wide supplier agreements.
  • Proven record delivering multi-million-dollar cost savings and working capital improvements.
  • Experience in private equity, retail, franchise, automotive, consumer services, or multi-site operations strongly preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to build business cases and quantify procurement value.
  • Experience implementing procurement technologies, spend analytics, and supplier performance systems.
  • MBA and/or CPSM, CPCM, or CSCP certification preferred.
