Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise fleet strategy, including acquisition, maintenance, utilization, compliance, and lifecycle management of vehicles and heavy equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards; oversee fleet safety and risk management.
  • Direct all procurement and strategic sourcing activities for materials, equipment, tools, and services.
  • Provide M&A support and integration into RESA processes and procedures.
  • Repair & Maintenance system management and cost minimization
  • Negotiate supplier contracts, MSAs, and pricing agreements; manage vendor performance and supplier relationships.
  • Manage fleet and procurement budgets (CAPEX/OPEX) and deliver cost savings aligned with growth strategy.
  • Establish KPIs, scalable processes, and systems to support multi-region operations.
  • Build and lead high-performing fleet and procurement teams; partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Operations, Finance, Safety, and Project Management.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in fleet, procurement, or supply chain within electrical, utility, or heavy construction.
  • Strong knowledge of heavy equipment, utility-grade materials, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven experience managing large budgets, capital assets, and strategic vendor relationships.
  • Capability and experience in evaluating fleet management and telematic systems.
  • Procurement experience in setting strategy and managing both indirect and direct spend
